Booking Policy

We will respond to your booking enquiry within 24 hours. In order to confirm a reservation, a deposit or credit card number is required and arrangements will be made for you to provide these details when we respond to your enquiry. When the booking is confirmed, you are free to make changes or cancel the reservation up until 7 days prior to the booked date. After this time, any nights that are cancelled or changed will attract a cancellation fee of 100% of the room rate for the nights that are no longer required. We recommend travel insurance to protect you from any losses you may incur should your plans change at short notice.
